MOVEMENT IN RELATIONSHIP: Community Practice Day
Group Transformation Through Deep Play
Movement in Relationship (MIR) is a group embodiment practice that supports participants to explore and express their moment-to-moment experience of Self through vocal sound and body movement in an interactive environment of embodied play. MIR groups are an experiential practice ground in which to lovingly receive and transform body-based relational dynamics arising in the Self and the group, and to cultivate our capacity to build inclusive, profoundly collaborative group cultures.
Each session is structured to provide optimal safety and support, while offering participants freedom to connect with their own experience and process. In this Community Practice day, participants will be invited to explore self-expression through sound and movement, to experiment and play with new ways of being, to witness others and be witnessed, and to hold a kind-hearted, experiential inquiry into what it means to practice Body-Informed, interconnected ways of being in their home community.
